Stir-Fried Indomie Seafood


3 packs of Indomie Chicken Flavor

2 tbsp Cooking Oil

2 Eggs (whisked)

1 Carrot (sliced)

150 gr Cauliflowers

500 ml of Water

100 gr of Shrimp (peeled)

200 gr Squid (cut 1/2 cm)

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp sugar

2 Leek

2 Cloves Garlic

1 piece of Ginger

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp Chili Sauce

Stir-Fried Indomie Seafood

How to Cook:

  1. Put Indomie Chicken Flavor in boiling water for 3 minutes. Lift, drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, sauté the spices until fragrant, add the eggs, stir until the eggs are cooked. Add carrots and cauliflowers, stir.
  3. Pour water, cook until carrots and cauliflowers are half cooked. Add the shrimp and squid, stir until the shrimp’s color changes.
  4. Add the spices from the Indomie Chicken Flavor, add the Oyster Sauce, stir until mixed.
  5. Enter the cornstarch, stir quickly until it thickens. Add sesame oil, sugar, and scallions. Stir well.
  6. Enter the noodles, stir until mixed.
  7. Ready to serve.
