3 packs of Indomie Onion Chicken Flavor

300 ml of Cooking Oil

2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

2 pieces of Ginger

150 gr Chicken Fillet (diced 1 cm)

600 ml of Water

1 tsp Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Chili Sauce

3 Shiitake Mushrooms (sliced)

50 gr Bamboo Shoots

1 tsp Vinegar

2 tsp Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Sugar

1 Leek

1 tbsp Cornstarch

Indomie Ifumie

How to Cook:

  1. Fried Indomie Onion Chicken Flavor noodles in hot cooking oil until they turn brown. Place it on a serving plate. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Put the chicken fillet into the frying pan. Pour water, stir until cooked.
  4. Add soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir well.
  5. Add shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Cook on medium heat until it boils.
  6. Add vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and scallions, stir well.
  7. Enter the cornstarch, stir until thickened.
  8. Add eggs, stir until the eggs are stringy.
  9. Add the fried egg tofu, stir slowly. Lift. Pour over the noodles.
  10. Ready to serve.
